furniture cushions in the industry today and will provide you with years of enjoyment. However, there may come a time when you need to replace your cushions. Whether you need to recreate the décor in your outdoor room or its time for new cushions we can help.

for the Lloyd/Flanders all weather wicker collections. To order replacement cushions for your Lloyd/Flanders all weather wicker patio furniture please give us a call at (800) 872-6525 with the collection name (Front Porch Collection, Reflections Collection, Casa Grande Collection, Caribe Collection, etc) and the furniture pieces you need cushions for (sofa, lounge chair, ottoman, dining chair, etc).
For example, a customer may call and say "I would like replacement
cushions for the Reflections Collection. I need cushions
for the sofa, lounge chair, ottoman, and rocker." We will
calculate the prices for the replacement cushions which will
include all cushions for each piece. For example, the price for
replacement cushions for the Reflections Sofa will include all
six cushions (three sets of back / seat cushions).
Choosing your Fabric, Fringes, & Cords
It is common for manufacturers of high end patio furniture such as Lloyd/Flanders
to disallow retailers to showcase fabrics, fringes and cord options on their
websites. However, if you give us a call at (800) 872-6525 or fill out the Contact Us form we can provide you with everything you need to design your replacement
cushions.
Ordering Fabric by the Yard
If you need extra yardage of your fabric we can order that for you as well. The
cushion yardage is based on 54" material. Our
fabrics
consist of acrylic blends and solution dyed acrylics manufactured by
Sunbrella and manufacturers of similar quality fabrics. All fabrics are ideal
for outdoor use and are mold / mildew resistant, stain resistant, and fade resistant.

How our Lloyd/Flanders Cushions are Made
The cushion is patented by a process developed by a company here in the United States. The cushion is a polyester fiber fill material that is cut into two inch layers. These layers are glued together so they can act as a block of foam - but water can pass through easier than foam. Then the manufacturer will coat the layers in a special protective coating that allows the polyester pads to keep their loft over time. Then a loose fill material is added to the top and bottom of the cushion material to make it feel soft under the fabric. Once completed the entire assembly is compressed with a machine and inserted into the fabric casing. The back cushions are totally loose fiber fill blown into the back of the cushion which offers a much softer feel than the seat cushions.
Special Ordering Cushions
Before you order you replacement cushions you need to be aware of our policies regarding replacement cushions. A custom order is an order place by a customer specifying a particular fabric and cushion size. Porches & Yards will accept cancellations or changes prior to the order entering the manufacturing process. Once the order is in production it cannot be cancelled. Non-cancellation of this order immediately constitutes acceptance of this policy and the confirmation of the order as written. CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE AND NON REFUNDABLE. |
